Background:
I am a Civil Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in project management / direction and contract administration. I have undertaken a variety of projects including Health, Education, commercial fitouts and office refurbishments. My roles have included Client Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, contract administration (Superintendent and Superintendent’s Representative), Principal Procurement Manager. I have also undertaken various engineering roles as site engineer, project engineer, and design engineer for several engineering companies, as well as for various Government bodies.

Role included the formulation of the Brief in conjunction with client department; creating and managing design consultant teams, chairing design team meetings and ensuring program targets were met, chairing user groups of City Hall, attending Project Steering Group meetings and reporting responsibilities, contract administration plus attendance at construction site meetings and the monitoring of project/construction progress.
