Project Description
Stage 3 of New Secondary School for Yrs 7 -12 included:
• Part 1 - consisting of conversion of F Block Undercroft to add five GLA’s and a staff centre, and providing a concrete base and roof over the open green space adjacent to F Block for a Covered Outdoor Area.
• Part 2 – consisting of the Performing Arts Centre
• Part B – construction of a 3 storey building to include 16 GLA spaces initially and the ability to provide further classrooms on the ground level in the future. It will also include staffrooms and associated spaces
