Project Description
Runcorn State High School:
o New 20M x 15M colorbond clad steel framed shed on concrete slab with a more industrial focus to the building design. Lowest roof height point to be 5.5m with open truss and insulation on underside. 900 over hang to northern side of building with 1200W concrete pathway to the full length of building. Shed to have gable end on east and west alignments with roller doors on each end.
o Building design included air cell insulation, roof ventilators, vermin proofing, 3 x roller doors , and 2 x personnel doors , and sliding windows with security screens to all occupied rooms.
Balmoral State High School:
Involved construction of a new industry training facility at Balmoral State High School suitable for training students in Engineering and Manufacturing Technology.
Yeronga State High School:
